Refund Policy

Last Updated: 1/1/2026

At Nexus Studio, our products are digital and designed for deep personal work. Because of the nature of digital content, all ebook sales are final.

However, we offer a 30-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for customers who fully engage with the process.

Our 30-Day Conditional Guarantee

We believe transformation requires participation — not just reading.

If you feel you did not experience meaningful change after 30 days, you may request a refund only if all conditions below are met.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  1. Complete the full 30-Day Workbook Exercises
The workbook is provided free with your purchase and is an essential part of the process.

  2. Provide Proof of Completion
    This may include:

    • Photos or scans of completed workbook pages

    • Written reflections or summaries of each exercise

    • Any documentation that clearly shows genuine effort and completion

  3. Submit Your Request Within 30 Days
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  4. Confirm No Meaningful Change Was Experienced
You must clearly state that, despite completing the exercises as instructed, you experienced no noticeable emotional, mindset, or behavioral shifts.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The workbook was not completed in full

  • Proof of completion is not provided

  • The request is submitted after 30 days

  • The product was downloaded but not meaningfully used

  • The refund request is based on preference, impatience, or lack of time
